The hotel is brand new and sparkling clean. It has a fantastic location off a busy road, with easy access to convenience stores and shopping malls. The staff and owners are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is a massage place next door.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini fridge, good AC, and an electric kettle. The bathroom was nice with soap, shampoo, and hot water with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the door guy in the lobby was particularly polite. The location of the hotel is really convenient, as it is near some malls and a bus stop in the center of town. We were able to walk to nearby shopping malls and attractions such as CentralWorld and Siam Paragon.

The location was superb, right beside Platinum Fashion Mall. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. We had a small issue with the toilet flush, but the staff quickly arranged for us to move to a bigger room. The counter staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was friendly and spoke good English. The hotel was clean and quiet, made for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable rooms.

Friendly staff and daily room cleaning were great. Convenient location within walking distance of convenience stores and shopping malls. The room was compact but clean with a comfortable bed.
Lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which could be bothersome when neighbors were noisy. Small room size and uncomfortable bed for some guests.
